I don’t believe it’s true, but to be honest with you I do think it’s hard to determine if blacks are racist because it has always been a defensive thing. Actions have always been in response in some way shape or form. I’ve seen poor people of all races move into the black community in my hometown neighborhood without incident at all because it was more related to class. On the other hand I’ve also seen crosses burned for one of the few blacks in my hometown who moved into the white community.
 

I disagree as I have witnessed racism from all races in the Army where everyone was equal in terms of pay and class.
Out of the Army I have experienced racism from all races no matter what the socioeconomic status of the person. Racism is a negative attitude towards other races no matter what the background, financial hierarchy or class and is not solely on the white mans' shoulders. I think the reason they are targeted is there are more of them in this country at the present time.
